Senior Relationship Manager - Debt Capital Market (2-6 yrs)
Requirement
- 2 - 6 yrs exp. catering to large corporates - Project & Structured Finance MBA Grad. From Tier I campuses or CA - 1st attempt has been working with Banks/NBFC's - lending business for large corporates. expertise in capital market in project advisory , structured finance etc.
Job Purpose:
- To assist Zonal Head in delivering Profitability, Fee & Asset Book numbers. He / She would assist the Zonal Head in delivering Profitability & Asset Book numbers in line with the budgets and simultaneously ensure building up of a quality loan book.
- Transaction Lifecycle Management & Compliance with Terms of Sanction. SRM shall execute the entire loan lifecycle requirements from origination to post disbursement account monitoring to complete collection of loan in a seamless manner. SRM should be able to take pre-emptive corrective action towards any indication of irregularity in portfolio.
Roles and Responsibility :
- To assist Zonal Head in delivering budgeted sales volumes, profitability and Fee Income in the designated area
- To undertake new client acquisition and establish healthy working relationships with the existing / target Customers at their middle management levels
- To set high standards of Deal Structuring, Due Diligence& Loan Documentation
