Sr Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Responsibilities :

a. Should have strong relationship/network base across Strategic, Large & Mid-Corporates across the locations covered by the respective Candidate

b. Should have experience of working in the posting location.

c. Candidate should have the ability to generate leads through leveraging the existing relationship & developing new relationship.

d. Proactive monitoring, managing & deepening relationship with existing clients on an ongoing basis in the location covered by the Candidate.

e. Regular update on the key transactions in the markets covered by client by the peers & scout for fresh business opportunities

f. Managing relationship with various departments in the locations covered by the candidate

g. Developing relationships with various channel partners viz. the local CA Firms, Investment Banking firms, etc.

h. Proactive monitoring of the key updates of the existing clients & recovery of dues on time bound manner.

Key Result Areas :

a. Generating leads through deepening of relationship in existing clientele & New to Book

b. Targeted Income Generation in the form of Fee and Interest Income.

c. Managing Relationship on an ongoing basis

d. Recovery

e. Also a key result area will be successfully new Account relationships were added and old ones have been deepened.

f. Hands-on experience as Sr. Relationship Manager in large Pvt. Banks / NBFCs across the Banking / NBFC lending products, viz. Corporate Loans, Project Funding, Promoter Funding, Mezz. Debt, Structured Funding, RE Funding, etc.

h. Strong Network & Relationship with the Corporates in the area covered across Strategic, Large & Mid-corporates

i. Good communication Skills

j. Ability to do multitasking
