Senior Relationship Manager - Construction Equipment Finance (6-18 yrs)
The Position is responsible for creating, managing and developing the large corporate customers in Construction and Mining Business segment, with a view to maximize profitability, increase market share, maintain a healthy portfolio and enhance client relationship.
- Plan and achieve sales, collections and profitability targets for the assigned territory and customer base by ensuring various strategies like product mix, leasing solutions, structuring, fee income, down selling etc
- Identify structured products, cross-sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration.
- Build networks and strategic alliances with manufacturers, dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity
- Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity, growth, and collections; expand the share of wallet from key customers
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 8 years experience with exposure in Asset Financing Business.
- Construction and Mining Equipment exposure in Structured Corporate Finance preferable
