- Handling Team of Wealth Managers
- Acquiring and increasing wallet share of HNI and UHNI clients
- Managing P&L for the team and meeting Revenue targets
- Maintain existing mapped AUM threshold across products.
- Penetration across all Asset &Wealth classes and other products pertaining to them.
- Managing a AUM of 500cr and Above.
- Advising clients on Firms view basis Internal Research Reports and conducting regular portfolio reviews to reassess and realign portfolios basis client goals and risk appetite.
- Business development product drive - Wealth - MF Bond PMS LAS LAP Equity insurance
- Proven expertise in portfolio management of HNIs/UHNI, asset allocation, team management & business development with focus on operations and maintaining service delivery.
- Excellent in managing sales and processes with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance.
- Resourceful in interacting with high net-worth clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting viable solutions as well as cultivating long term customer relations.
- Demonstrated excellence in setting up and rolling out successful start-up initiatives.
- Advising CEO and CFO level executives.
