Key Result Areas Supporting Actions
- Portfolio growth - Lead and direct the sourcing capital & structure financing customers to ensure the targeted growth of the portfolio
- Identify Group/ Corporates for financing opportunities
- Directly build & maintain strong relationship with each & every large/mid corporates to explore funding opportunities
- Maintain relationship at all level -Promoter/CFO/Finance head to explore various opportunities with Group/ Company
- Build loan book in Corporate/Capital/Structured financing finance through direct origination
- Understand requirement of client & structure the transaction
- Participate in structured financing transactions of Large /mid-size companies
- Grow portfolio while minimising NPA Bottomline growth- Use appropriate pricing, fees etc. to maximize & grow margins
- Negotiate best pricing from the client and maximize bottom line
- Maximize bottom line with combination of fees & interest Income
- Basis client profile and market scenario price each product right, to maximize the return
- Market Intelligence-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes
- Gather market intelligence on a regular basis
- Share the market intelligence with Zonal managers
- Provide suggestions for improvement in processes, pricing, product, policy, NPA reduction etc to Zonal managers
- Control NPA- Ensure quality of portfolio to control NPAs
- Ensure high standards of portfolio management, margin regularization, market intelligence for better NPA management
- Minimize the NPA
- Keep abreast of the latest developments of exposure & report for any indication of customer defaults, sectoral changes etc.
