Senior Recruitment Lead - IT

Total exp- 8 to 12yrs

Work locations- Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore

Notice period- max 30days (Early joiners preferred)

- Good experience on End to end Hiring.

- Extensive experience in end to end recruitments, Headhunting, Talent Market research, vendor management and Stake holder management.

- Hands on experience on Leadership Hiring, Diversity hiring

- Good experience on Google search, LinkedIn, Social networking

- Experience to Participate leadership conferences added advantage

- Hands on experience on Recruitment campaigns

- Good communication skills, Good convincing attitude

- Good experience to hire senior managers, Directors, senior directors, CTO, CFO etc for BFSI Domain

Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for recruitment in Technology Vertical covering Lateral & Leadership positions

- Must have experience in managing multiple Clients / Stakeholders and should be open for generating New business / Client Acquisition as part of KRA

- Good understanding of the industry; planning, presentation and proposals to clients

- Responsible to build a high performing business
