Senior Recruitment Delivery Manager (10-20 yrs)

The opportunity :


As a Senior Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for :


- Team direction and leadership


- Hiring


- Stakeholder management


- Operational efficiency and strategic direction


- Issue resolution


- Implementation of the overall accounts strategies to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement.


As a member of the leadership team, you will proactively partner with the HR teams and key client stakeholders to understand their recruitment forecast and to create effective sourcing strategies to meet this demand. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new employees have a positive onboarding experience and are enabled with the right tools and skills to succeed.


What youll Be Doing Everyday:


- Work with Account managers, Senior Business Stakeholders and HR to understand recruitment demand and provide strategic updates on the progress.


- Building robust recruitment strategies that support the functions overall headcount requirements.


- Support Client with building relevant recruitment strategies that support the functions overall headcount requirements.


- Providing market intelligence/insights to drive out to market approaches


- Conduct recruitment related meetings as needed


- Manage Escalations through to resolution


- Monitor all workflow processes and ensure they are enhanced where applicable


- Ensure the compliance and governance of the contract and SLAs are delivered and maintained


- Manage and work towards key stakeholder maps whilst driving continuous improvement of delivery, relationships, and innovation where relevant.


- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process


- Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties


- Supporting the Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Team managers with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,


- Delivering effective performance optimisation of all the teams, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required.


- Recruiting and inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity.


- Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives, and development requirements.


- Perform daily tasks and projects as needed


- Address performance issues directly.


- Suggest and implement Process Improvement Initiatives


- Give motivation to delivery teams to achieve their target.


What you bring to the table :


- Aptitude, attitude, integrity, and the right communication skills are very important for this role


- Min. 5 years of experience managing recruitment delivery teams


- Have an eye for process and innovation


- Have a good understanding of IT and related areas.


- Comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them


- Ambitious, motivated, & career-driven


- Ability to negotiate with and influence key decision makers


- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients


- Proven experience of managing a team through effective coaching, people management and leadership


- Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process


- Managing stakeholders and clients through various communication methods


- Focused on driving continuous improvement opportunities within team and across the wider Manpower business


- Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret business requirements and information i.e. demand plans, attraction channels, market insights


- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions / escalations from clients, hiring managers and candidates


- Strong working knowledge of interviewing techniques to determine qualification level, cultural fit etc.


- Strong understanding of HR policies/ procedures and employment law / practices


- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility


- Demonstrated effective organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines and manage competing priorities within a small team environment.


- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.


- Strong knowledge in MS Excel/Sheets and the ability to analyse and report on data


- Experience using MS Office Suite


- Minimum Associates Degree (bachelors/PG degree preferred)
