Job description:

- Our client based out of San Francisco is a specialist hiring consulting firm for Startup Organizations. You need to support the US operations for hiring for various product start ups in the US

Must haves :

- Strong knowledge of IT Niche & Super Niche Skills.

- They would need to be comfortable being an individual contributor and working in an ambiguous, chaotic and fast-paced work environment.

- Effective negotiating skills Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc - Strong decision-making skills.

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment Quick learner and a passion for bridging talent with opportunity Ability to recruit passive and active candidates.

- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence with hiring managers and colleagues.

- Solid problem-solving ability.

- Ability to accurately and articulately document information.

- Ability to work effectively with teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.

- Finally, and most importantly, need to be incredibly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
