Senior Recruitment Adviser - University (5-8 yrs)

Sannam S4 is looking for a representative for Royal Holloway, University of London. The role's primary focus will be supporting the University in its recruitment activities in India. Other responsibilities include assisting with partnerships, market strategy and brand building. The position involves frequent, sophisticated interaction with international clients and significant travel time will be required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and flexible candidate, with recent experience of working in student recruitment and strategy development. Given the nature of the role, the post holder will be expected to travel extensively, including weekends and during unsociable hours.

We are looking for someone based in Delhi.

Main Responsibilities :

As a Recruitment Adviser/Senior Recruitment Adviser, you will implement marketing plans to recruit high quality Indian students. Specifically, you will :

- Identify, develop and support institutional partnerships

- Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders within South Asia such as education agents, prospective students and other key stakeholders

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Enhance student attraction, conversion and retention

- Expand, extend and enhance student experience and success initiatives

Responsibilities :

- Implement the University's plan for the enhancement and growth of international and institutional engagements

- Ensure planning and budgeting of resources results in the optimisation of institutional partnerships to achieve corporate objectives to improve international recruitment and engagement with the University

- Engage in proactive review and evaluation of existing activities, contributing to delivery of a mutually beneficial strategy, design and implementation of improved and new strategy and approaches, to meet changes in market and/or the University's business requirements

- A strong understanding of stakeholders (students, alumni, academic and administrative units) and how this relates to the University's corporate objectives, student engagement, student success programmes, and their impact on the wider University, in order to drive effective relationships

- Support the development of strong constructive networks and relationships with internal and external partners, including strong lines of communication and engagement

- Represent the University at meetings with relevant organisations to achieve desirable outcomes

- Provide high quality standards of service and partnership with all stakeholders across the University's faculty and divisions, including prospective and continuing international students, alumni, fellow staff members and external representatives

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of relevant standards, legislation and political frameworks (both UK and that of emerging markets)

- Provide advice and guidance on the business practices, protocols, principles, ethics in the emerging markets

- Lead the preparation and submission of reports and review collated statistics to inform planning, as requested by university staff
