Senior Recruiter - US IT Staffing Firm (3-8 yrs)
- Min 3-8 years of experience into US IT Staffing.
- Understanding client hiring needs/requirements.
- Source and identify software professionals through various online resources, networking, references, head hunting, and recruiting tools.
- Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards.
- Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submit them to onsite recruiters/managers.
- Experience working on application tracking system (ATS) is a huge plus.
- Must have done W2 recruitment.
- Must have hands on experience working with MSP/VMS based Direct Clients.
- Must have prior experience in hiring, US Citizens & Permanent Residents nationwide, and to an extent H1-B professional.
- Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.
- Should have worked on Direct client requirements.
- Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
- Willing to Work in Night Shift India hours (EST Time Zone).
- Should have excellent negotiation skills.
- End to End of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record.
- Must have an expert eye for reviewing resumes and making sound recommendations to the hiring teams.
- Aggressively work through ATS and Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
- Recruiter needed to work on US Time with experience calling and speaking with US citizens.
- Should be highly networked, target driven, proactive and a positive attitude team player.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be able to drive his/her performance through metrics.
