- 4+ years of experience in recruiting senior engineering talent. - Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Instahyre, to source high-quality engineering talent. - Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past, ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) - Experience working in a collaborative team environment. - Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills - Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. - Follow up on the interview process status and update records in the internal database. - Full lifecycle recruiting experience - understanding the job specifications, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates. - Work directly with client account managers and hiring managers in determining to hire needs &amp; interviewing process. - Prepare submission documents for each shortlisted candidates and schedule interviews. - Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Creating and Maintaining a strong Database of candidates across all verticals and domains. - Maintain daily and weekly client reports. - Experience in a product company would be an added advantage. - Ability to assess candidates. - Liaise with hiring teams and share regular updates.
