Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates. This position demands a balance of creativity, drive and interpersonal savvy.
- Build relationships with senior talent in the ecosystem.
- Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Screen candidates, manage interview pipeline and lead selection & offer process; including reference checks, salary recommendations etc.
- Effectively utilizes the resume database, applicant tracking and reporting systems.
- Other projects as assigned to support the Human Resources team.
- Share and exchange information with all levels of management i.e. weekly, monthly dashboards.
Desired background and Experience:
- MBA from Tier 1 B School
- 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high pace industry (start-up, e-commerce, technology)
- The ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
- Very strong professional network of senior talent in internet space is a huge plus!!
