Senior Recruiter/Recruitment Manager - Product Hiring - Consulting Firm (6-11 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The incumbent should be from core product hiring background
- At least having core experience of 4-6 years into product recruitment (latest)
- Someone who has worked in SAAS based product company
- Who can independently manage the practice (Product hiring)
- Will manage a team of 3-4 recruiters
- Ok, even the candidate is an individual recruiter
- Someone who can differentiate between product and IT services hiring and have very sound and hands on experience in product hiring
- Someone who has worked in re-engineering or product engineering hiring
- Understands what all tech stacks are there in product hiring
- Understands clients expectations are while working while working on SAAS based model
- What to sell and what not to sell
