Sr. Recruiter/ Recruiter - Contractual Staffing (BFSI)

- Responsible for utilizing a highly consultative approach to recruiting within BFSI Technology and Operations Group.

- Responsible for driving sourcing and recruitment strategies and providing full life-cycle recruiting support for very specialized mid to senior level across multiple lines of businesses in BFSI Technology.

- Partner with lines of business to understand upcoming and future needs as well as to design recruiting strategies to target highly skilled candidates within the market and academics

- Partner across Staffing to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective external search process

- Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development, assessment, and advising clients

- Manage client and candidate relationships at the executive level

- Develop and execute staffing and diversity plans

- Build and maintain relationships with University and Campus contacts in order to recruit, screen, and hire qualified graduates from advanced degree programs within quantitative fields

Qualification And Experience :

1. 2-4 years experience in BFSI Technology contract recruitment.

2. Should have excellent communication skills.

3. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.

4. Must be proactive & self-driven.

5. Must be a quick thinker.

6. Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.

7. Extremely perceptive, eager and tech savvy person, who is capable of fostering relationships with clients and individuals at all levels

8. Well-focused and confident in supporting target accounts

9. Critical thinking, research, sales skills, and people skills are key competencies

10. Ability to work independently on projects, and as a member
