Senior Recruiter - Quantified HR Pvt Ltd is a boutique executive search firm headquartered in NCR, India. We are shortly expanding operations overseas and within India as well. Every employee in the organisation has a clear view of the contribution they make and the significance of the value addition they add for the clients. - We are looking to hire senior consultants/recruiters who shall be responsible for senior leadership hiring (Non-IT). We are looking to on-board two senior consultants. KRA's : 1. Understand the requirements of the client and document the same 2. Be responsible for end-to-end process for each mandate 3. Ensure that the client requirements are closed within the shortest period of time and within the stated budgets 4. Will be directly responsible for head hunting potential candidates 5. Maintain a high conversion ratio at each stage of the process 6. Achieve the monthly and quarterly revenue targets 7. Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates Candidate profile : 1. Graduate/PG in any stream with a minimum of 5 years of lateral recruiting experience 2. Good communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Should have a good understanding of how to conduct a good interview and record assessment and generate a short list of potential candidates 4. As this is an individual contributor role, must have the ability to self-motivate and deliver results by identifying, developing, smart and intelligent plans and solutions to achieve the targets 5. Must be an active social media user and have an understanding of how it can be leveraged 6. Will require to be proficient in MS Office, including generating reports - As this is a work from home opportunity, preference shall be given to female candidates, even if they are resuming after a break. - Our compensation structure offers a certain portion as a fixed salary and the larger portion is variable which is a percentage of the revenue generated. - We work five days a week, however often during weekends there are follow ups required to be done for drives scheduled. - While we shall make every attempt to respond to all the applicants, based on the number of applicants we may be constrained to revert only to the shortlisted candidates.
