Job Title / Designation: Senior Recruiter

Job Description :

- End to end recruitment for of teachers for schools in the Middle East.

- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.

- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.

- Expert in social media recruitment.

- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.

- Maintaining good relationship with the client and team members.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :

- Sourcing of candidates

- Coordinating with client

- Addressing concerns of candidates for working overseas

- Communication skills

- Pleasant personality

- Team player

Specific Skill Set : Adept and efficient with recruiting candidates on the internet thru portals and social media. We do not use portals like Naukri and Monster.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : Senior recruiter 5-7 years

Annual CTC : Senior recruiter 22-25 lacs per annum including performance based bonus. There is no personal income tax in Dubai. Savings should be 30-40% of salary.

Minimum Education Requirements : Bachelor Degree

Work Timings : 9am to 6pm
