Senior Property Consultant - Real Estate

- Candidates should be available in Dubai

- Any Nationalities except for Europeans, With minimum 3 years of Dubai / Middle East Real Estate sales experience

- Currently working with one of the large Developers

- Excellent communication and good personalities

Min 3 years direct sales experience

- Good personality (energetic, good presentation, driven)

- Excellent communication skills

- Candidate with direct sales experience in Real estate

To achieve individual monthly sales and leasing target as set by management.

- Search and visit properties for sale and/or for rent for direct listings.

- Maintain proper direct contacts and continued smooth communication with owners and landlords of properties in Dubai.

- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both.

- Compare properties to determine its competitive market price.

- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials.

- Post properties in CRM for sale and/or for rent and update to achieve good quality of listings.

- To actively negotiate and coordinate the sale and lease of property from enquiry to transfer/hand-over, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing of the property, updating the CRM and negotiating the property to successful sale/lease.

- To perform a high professional and ethical standard of duties.

Note : You can present candidates who are at a senior level as well, as we are open to looking at candidates at Sr. Property Consultants and Sales Manager level as well.
