Job Title - Project Manager - Technical (Digital Investment Solutions- Department)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem solving and identify business solutions

- Work with technical manager in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives, and ensuring projects meet the approved business requirements

- Monitoring and controlling of digital asset to ensuring maximum uptime.

- Manage and interact with developer and get the implementation done on time.

- Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups, and track key project deliverables

- Work with various teams of client and group companies, including Field, product, supervision, risk, controls, compliance, and legal teams in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives

- Manage projects, as needed; clearly define project objectives; partner closely with technology (and other dependent resources) in communicating the business needs, and tracking/monitoring progress throughout the project life cycle

- Develop and contribute concise communication materials for senior management

- Work collaboratively with team members across departments and staff areas

- Manage requirements with the support of subject matter experts, identify all impacted groups, and track key project deliverables

Functional Skills and Experiences

- 8+ years- experience in an hands-on application manager role in BFSI

- Expert in SharePoint Project implementation, Expert in Mutual domain project implementation. Hands on experience in Microsoft .Net / C-Sharp, Database design

- Expert in management and implementation IT security policies and framework

- Expert in end to end project implementation with role of project manager.

- Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.

- Hands on experience in implementation of Native and Hybrid Mobile and WebApp applications including Integrations with Third Party software using REST /XML based integration.

- Hands on experience in implementation of latest software development implementation practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice

- Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.

- Detailed project planning and control including

- Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes

Qualification & Experience

- BE/MCA/BCA/BSc(IT/CS)
