Level : Senior Manager
Role: Senior Project Manager (Quality)
Shifts : General
- Should be Black belt certified
- Candidate should be able to join within 0 - 30 days
- Domain expert in lean and 6 sigma.
- Leadership To interact and manage stakeholders
- Lead the execution of enterprise-level 6 Sigma and other lean projects in various business areas of the retail vertical like Supply chain planning, E commerce, Logistics, Finance, HR etc. in a matrix organization
- Facilitate top down (with senior executives) and bottom up workshops(with green belts) to identify Business Burning platform and project potentials
- Develop recommendations for the leadership to support attainment of mission goals and requirements
- Coach business team members in 6 Sigma and certifying them as Green Belts and Black Belts in the practical application of the Six Sigma Lean tools to drive significant business impact.
- Be an integral part of setting up the Business Process Improvement (BPI) Organization
