Senior Project Manager - Pharma

Should have experience in product life cycle management, safety/toxicology, formulation development, stability, analytical development, early development from the pharma industry.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

- In coordination with the team and Senior PM drive execution of global project deliverables for research projects by controlling project schedule/ timeline, cost, and performance risks using MS Project, Project Online, Power BI, Project Management principles, and risk management tools

- Management of project budgets using tools such as SAP, Ariba, MS Excel and cooperation with Procurement and P2P Vendor Management System

- Provide operational oversight for Pre-Pipeline research projects from initiation through close, while ensuring deliverable are met on schedule and within budget constraints

- Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to project stakeholders and escalate issues when appropriate

- Manage the tracking and reporting of key project success measures for scorecards as well as project metrics to support business planning cycles and strategic initiatives

- Assist in managing project timeline and budget deliverable s to facilitate delivery of the company operation projects and initiatives.

- Implement project management best practices and processes including documenting standard assumptions used for timeline development.

- Assist in taking meeting minutes, track actions, create PowerPoint presentations and other business operation requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

- Should be a Science Graduate/PostGraduate with 10+ years of experience out of which 1 to 3 years of project management / Operations experience with the general of Research & Development, good understanding of GCP/GLP/GMP and quality principles.

- He / She should be passed Linkedin Skill Assessment Badge / Linkedin Badge for MS Projects / Proficient using Microsoft Project.
