Senior Project Manager - Office Interior Fit Out Project

Responsible for leading and managing Office Interior fit out project/s:

Key Responsibility:

- Lead and be the Project Owner for 1-2 small/mid-size projects in India

- Lead and co-ordinate technical feasibility, DD and space strategy for 1-2 locations - remotely

- Lead and deliver 1-2 mid-size projects in the region as a Project Owner - remotely

Skills & Experience :

- Excellent communication and presentations skills, good with numbers/excel - be able to work independently in a client side environment

- Should have delivered few small-mid size projects as a project lead - familiarity of processes and systems (office interior fitouts)

- Experienced of handling MNC corporate clients/have handled big bank project/s

- Strong people and client management skills

- Strong on governance and structured Project management approach to project delivery

- Able to take complete accountability and ownership of assigned projects

- Able to work closely with the core team, strong team work skills

- May have to travel to project locations whenever required
