Roles &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1 Candidate will need to manage e Commerce based project, having around 25 team members working on it. 2 Candidate will need to cover Project management using Agile methodology and coordinate day to day Ad-Hoc activities. 3 Candidate needs to have good understanding of the workflows of eCommerce solutions, for example knowing about B2C, B2B, B2E and fulfillment journey is good to have strength. He needs to further guide the team on and related terms/requirements. 4 Candidate needs to be able analyze and to create a WBS/project plan based on the requirement given out to him by client. He also needs to vet the estimates provided by team before he aligns the backlog and sprint planning board. 5 He should be able suggest best practices around UI/UX of the application. 6 Candidate needs to ensure project and team is in line with the processes of the company. 7 Candidate needs to handle on time with quality project deliveries and handle client communication. 8 Identify and assist in aligning trainings for team member to enhance their skillsets 9 Candidate might be required to visit client premises based on project requirement. Someone who has travelled for Client meetings before would be preferred. 10 Candidate needs to manage change requests arriving in between the planned sprints and keep the conflicts/quality issues mitigated. 11 Manage releases (of Sprint and Ad-Hoc) while coordinating and controlling NFR(Non Functional Requirements) and DEV Ops works.
