The Project Manager is expected to apply professional project management principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied stakeholders. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of a project. Brief description of the role:- - Overall Project Planning and Management - Vendor Management - Delivery Management (Agile, SCRUM, etc) - Client Management - Proactively communicate project status, issues &amp; risks to management - Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed,and provide timely feedback - Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives - Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately - Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals - Follow policies, procedures and methodologies - Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view - Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between TBSS and its stakeholders are precise Other duties may be assigned Note: PMP Certified candidate required.
