1) Maintaining Clients: He/she is responsible for retaining the existing clients by meeting their project objectives and expectations within the scope of work.
2) Client Relationship: Maintain rapport and good relations with prospective as well as existing clients
3) Liaison among departments: Establish clear communication among various departments.
4) Project onboarding: Ensure smooth handover from BD to Project
5) Implementation of Business Procedures & Policies: Develop and implement business processes and procedures (SOPs) appropriately
6) Manage Changing Environment: Ensure team remains updated with latest know-how and train them accordingly
7) Internal Analysis Report & Client Report: Ensure weekly updation of all reports.
8) Making projects profitable: Ensuring that projects remain profitable, and keeping track of budget vs spending.
9) Delivering Project proposals: Ensuring that prospective clients' proposals are delivered on time.
10) Ensuring Branding SOP is followed by the design head and copy head.
