Our solutions are delivered over Open Source as well as .Net platforms.  Role of a Senior Project Manager:  The project manager will take ownership of entire customer relationship, including solution delivery and identification of additional business opportunities. S/he will manage a team that may grow to 50 people this year. S/he will also be responsible for the profitability of these customers. You may be required to hire a team of software engineers aggressively.  Capabilities:  The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in project delivery to international clients, and should be familiar with the processes and SLAs of such delivery. S/he should have:  1. Excellent written/oral communication skills  2. Planning ability to assess demand and schedule supply of resources, and commit to clients based on it  3. Done hands-on development in the past for at least 3 years  4. Mentoring skills to ensure the junior team members perform at the best  5. An engineering and business qualification  6.
