Senior Program Manager
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience into agile project management, people management.
- Fosters self-organization and growth within the team.
- Driving software development teams, leading projects from inception to delivery.
- Raising impediments which could not be resolved within the teams for discussion and resolution.
- Good resource management skills (handles a team of Scrum Master, Developer , Tester). Good collaboration with fellow scrum masters.
- Close cooperation across all team members, encourages cross-training and supporting each other.
- Coordinate with team on deployment preparations and execution.
- Oversees scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation. Act as Agile Coach as & when required.
- Status reporting / ensuring all submissions to forums/committees are of the right quality and are timely.
- Preparing metrics dashboards and Presentations as per request.
- Ensuring that metrics presented are accurate and up to date, and that the he/she is prepared for questions posed by the stakeholders
- Clearly articulating all items which require priority calls to be made, as well as any requests for additional support required (e.g. resources, escalations , etc).
- Agile / Scrum Certification is must.
- Familiarity with Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, SNOW. etc).
