AVP / Senior Marketing Manager (Incentive & Payout Programs , Partner Programs, Go to Market ..) (Noida)

Job Summary :

1. Responsible for creating & running incentive programs for sales continuity & growth

2. Responsible for the GTM of the incentive program, measuring its success and ensuring the right budget allocations.

3. Understanding of the P&L

4. Prior experience in handling similar roles mandatory.

5. Enhancing the Channel partner Engagement.

6. Develop, Launch and Maintain Loyalty Programs.

7. Candidate is responsible for building long lasting and meaningful relationship with Channel partners.

- GTM Head/National Sales Head

- Finance Team

- Channel Partners

Educational Qualification : MBA (Specialization in Sales & Marketing) - Premier B School

Experience : 5 - 7 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for creating & running incentive programs for sales continuity & growth

- Responsible for the GTM of the incentive program, measuring its success and ensuring the right budget allocations
