KRA

1. Lead a team of Program managers and take ownership of the end-to-end learning journey of all participants to ensure learning outcomes are met and participants have a Learning experience with high satisfaction levels and meaningful outcomes

2. Ensure a high-quality learning experience for all cohorts with healthy engagement and feedback metrics for all the learners

a. Ownership of all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling and delivery activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, presentations, etc.

b. Ownership of all forms of learner support activities across various communication channels with high responsiveness and quality experience for the customers

c. Consistent and thorough monitoring of learning experience using various engagement trackers to ensure all the cohorts are in good health by proactively identifying & solving problems as well as by tailoring cohort journeys to personalize the experience for learners

3. Lead initiatives aimed at innovating & evolving the quality of learning delivery through iterative experimentation and integrating successful processes & interventions into standard operating procedures

a. Management, identification, and implementation of interventions/processes for smoother program management and high-quality learning experience
