Senior Program Manager - Healthcare (10-20 yrs)
Job Description
Head the health practice and successfully drive the execution of all projects. Build and establish relationships with the senior leadership of the client organisation through a strategic understanding of the client and sector context, build specialisation in heath and horizontal focus areas that strengthen capabilities to deliver value of the clients.
Competencies
- Experience in public heath care with strong understanding and interest nutrition and cancer care.
- Excellent in building client relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Can work with teams efficiently under tight dead lines
- Good at managing expectations under certainties
- Strong facilitation skills( has held round tables, multi stakeholder meetings)
- Demonstrate experience in knowledge synthesis and insight generation(preparing tool kits,case studies,policy papers)
