Senior Program Manager - Engineering Services Business

Job Profile :

- This is a senior position with P&L responsibility.

- This role will manage delivery of engineering services business in worth $15-20M and team of 150-200 comprising of Electrical, Embedded, Mechanical, Software and Test Engineers across multiple locations in India

- Sub-Vertical Head is responsible for delivery in multiple customer accounts in the field of Oil & Gas services (upstream) market. In this role, he will conceive, build and deliver solutions to customers, monitor and control project delivery parameters, quality parameters and customer satisfaction

- Sub-Vertical head will own and be responsible for business parameters such as utilization, revenue, and margins

- Sub-Vertical head will require to travel to customer locations across North America, Europe, and Asian countries

Skill & Experience :

- Aspirant should have ~20 years of experience in product development of which 5+ years of experience in the subsea technologies, drilling, sensing, well completion tools

- Sub-Vertical head should have experience building products for high temperature, high pressure applications

- Experience with Power Line Communication, Telemetry; Motor Control; Communication protocols such as MODBUS, RS-485, Ethernet, WLAN; Sensors based design (temperature, pressure, motion, etc.)

- Sub-Vertical head should have experience with standards such as ATEX, DNV, ABS, UL, CE/CSA, API/AGA

- Exposure to Reliability Engineering, Product Safety, IEC 61508 will be added advantage

- Exposure to Systems Engineering, PLCs, Component sizing will be added advantage

- Experience with working with and managing cross functional teams, multi-location teams is essential. Experience managing engineering teams of minimum 100 engineers is essential.

- The right candidate will possess Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering
