Senior Program Manager - Alumni Relations - Alumni Engagement & Placement Vertical - NGO (5-10 yrs)

Arthan's partner organisation is an initiative to build a nurture senior leadership for the Indian social sector. Through a series of 9-Day Leadership Programs, it aims to inspire, empower and enable senior leaders transition meaningfully to the non-profit space.

Who are you-

You are an enthusiastic, dynamic and entrepreneurial person, willing to lead the Alumni Engagement and Placement verticals of the project. You will oversee the execution of our online campaigns and promotions on digital and social media to keep the network engaged. You love working in a highly entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

Job Location: Gurgaon

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Ideating and Executing Alumni Relations Activities including post program communications, placement tracking, coaching & mentoring and fraternization

- Curating and conducting alumni engagement events like chapter meets, Master Classes and Annual Alumni Retreat.

- Overseeing the placements process, which includes knowledge and database maintenance, shortlisting profiles according to roles received, regular correspondence with all stakeholders, tracking and facilitating application process and interviews.

- Execution of Digital/Social Media strategy through independent research, messaging, audience identification and impact assessment

- Creation of dynamic written and graphic content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful engagement for alumni and other stakeholders

- Creation of all marketing collateral for the above, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, etc.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

- 5+ years of experience in an alumni relations, talent management, public relations or similar role.

- Masters degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Strong people management and networking skills

- Strong planning and organizational skills.

- Strong editing, proofreading, design and printing skills.

- Ability to manage projects independently.
