Senior Professional - Finance & Accounts - Financial BPO/KPO (10-28 yrs)
Leading Financial BPO/ KPO is hiring Senior Professionals for Finance and Accounts Role
Synopsis:
- Setting up complete Finance function
- Candidate shall be working closely with Finance Operations team
- Being responsible for the figures on Financials with valid reasons for the significant variances
- Enhancing end-to-end delivery capabilities with a team of AP, T&E, AR/Order Management, R2R and Procurement
- Directing process & financials for various Delivery Centers for the account
- Responsible to lead F&A transition
- Drive F&A transformation
- Leading various projects within F&A to achieve efficient working capital management, fast month end close, timely consolidation and reporting, improved productivity in all sub processes, spent analytics etc
- Designed complete project roadmap and assigned key critical owners to each milestone
- Providing meaningful, concise and clear analytics on F&A operations, SLA's and deliverables to senior leadership.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement projects, F&A analytics capability
