- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Should have experience in B2B marketing and work closely with product and sales
- Should understand technology, but love customer-first & business-first thinking
- Also should have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product management.
- Define Value Proposition : Develop the value proposition for the app suite through a detailed analysis of the customer segment and the market.
- Lead Go-To-Market: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with other stakeholders such as Product and Sales. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your area of focus.
- Inform Product Strategy : Talk to customers, conduct market research, work with our product analysts, and acquire insights that will inform the product strategy for the full suite of apps.
- Enable user-facing teams: Enable and train the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by owning and driving the creation of collaterals, content, and demo.
