Senior Product Marketing Manager - B2B - FinTech (7-14 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and messaging across channels that resonate with our core audiences
- Partner with teams across the company including Central Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing Team), Product and Sales to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
- Drive GTM strategy, and plan & execute product launches
- Enable the sales teams by developing collateral and training materials that bring the product positioning to life with compelling narratives that are grounded in customer stories
- Build, manage and optimize multi-channel, outbound lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- Total 7+ yrs experience and minimum 4 years experience at a lending/fintech startup in a growth or product marketing role for a particular category/product line.
- Good knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, retention strategies
Key Competencies
- Fintech or Financial Services exposure is strongly preferred
- Experience with User Lifecycle and journey
- Cross-functional leadership
- Project Management
- Experience in positioning technical products to both technical users and decision-makers
- Familiarity with using Amplitude, GA and other analytics suites to generate insights and report KPI movements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
