Objective : To Drive and deliver on overall vision and strategy for Web Application Platform

Job Description :

- Evangelize a product vision, strategy, and roadmap to execute on

- Identifying customer needs, gathering requirements, driving cross functional teams

- Doing Market Landscaping & Conducting competitive market analysis of the web platform

- Help determine and drive buy/build/partner solutions for components as necessary

- Responsible for capturing, documenting, and communicating throughout all stages of the product family's life cycle.

- Analyze the web analytics data from several sources and generate insights to improve the product

Interpersonal skills :

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers and team

- Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications

- Should be able to work with multiple teams and drive objectives

- Open to learning new things and ability to generate new ideas to enhance business

- Should be able to adapt quickly to changing market and regulatory environment

- Strong on ethics and should be aligned to company philosophy and values

Education Requirements :

- B. Tech/ (From Premier Institutes only)

- MBA or advanced quantitative/technical degree is a plus.
