Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Job Location : Bhubaneswar-Odisha

Function : Marketing

Purpose of the Job :

- To develop, manage and implement programs in Mobility to enhance acquisition - numbers & revenue through value for money products.

Deliverable :

- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products.

- Ensure smooth roll out of new products.

- Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.

- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products.

- Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.

- Training of all customer services & backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery

Major Challenges :

- High level of coordination both at the backend & front end (sales team) to ensure error free delivery of products in the market done thru- planning & meticulous execution.

- High level of sensitivity to market dynamics, keep a track of competition ensuing product & market superiority done through market visits, innovative products & streamlined support to sales team.

Key Competencies :

- Product Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of products & distribution.

- Analytical Aptitude - keen analyst, uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.

- People Management & Inter-personal Skills - manages the backend & front end coordination with ease.

- Well versed in Computer knowledge and operating Systems, Excel & Access.
