ABOUT THE COMPANY :

We are recruiting for an award-winning digital startup that is looking at hiring a Sr. Product Manager to add and grow their fantastic line of products.

The role is based out of Gurgaon.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

- Ensure customer websites resonate with brand and business strategies followed by the towards their target market

- Use analytics, survey data, other data, and UI/UX knowledge to ensure a high-quality customer experience on the e-commerce website and throughout the rest of their journey

- Leverage deep customer insights to identify products, features, and services that continually add value for the customer

- Own and improve the performance of each customer's product as per SLAs

- Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver against customer value propositions

- Create supporting business cases and pricing models

- Create go-to-market plans and lead cross-functional teams to a timely and successful launch

- Manage product mix and product lifecycles to deliver optimal financial returns

- Identify and lead opportunities to expand the brand through additional sales channels

- Track and communicate key performance indicators for all team members

- Set performance targets

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Should have had working experience as a product manager

- Should be familiar with Internet/eCommerce, tech-enabled startups and industry domains

- Experience of co-founding or working at a start-up is a plus

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Ideally, a bachelors degree in technology, an MCA or a masters degree degree in business from a well recognized Indian or global institute
