Senior Product Manager: E-commerce Startup, Real Estate Vertical

- Overview: As a senior product manager, you will take end to end ownership of a product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap. For organization's Growth team, you will set clear goals and envision/execute on a product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for the most critical market.

- As a Senior Product Manager in here, you will participate in developing the strategy, and deliver detailed, crisp business requirements that will be used to create new avenues for customers to use the payment products.

- You will work side by side with a talented team of designers, UX, program managers, and software developers in an agile environment launching new products while managing launched products concurrently.

- A "driver" personality: constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration.

- Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away

- Should demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- You will own building product roadmaps, drive the day to day product development schedule from design through release, own the product life cycle, and perform deep analytics on customer facing experiences that define cash digitization experience.

- Finger-trippiness with data: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

- User-centricity: examples from your past of product challenges that you powered through because you were unwilling to make your problems your users' problems.
