SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER/ PRODUCT MANAGER - MOBILE/ WEB

NO. OF POSITIONS : 1 Senior PM + 1 PM

OBJECTIVE : Lead and deliver products for mobile app

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for the product roadmap, from market and competitive research to go-to-market strategy, customer roadmaps, adoption and feedback.

- Works closely with design, engineering and marketing teams

- Requires a fair amount of technical depth and ability to imagine great new customer and retention-based experiences

- Engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer experiences on the mobile app.

- Responsible for the definition, development and predominantly focused on execution of product.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of the product plan.

- Responsible for capturing, documenting, and communicating throughout all stages of the product family's lifecycle.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :

- Feature Prioritization, User Experience, Human Centric Design, Wireframing, Roadmap for Retention, Mobile Gestures, Device Specific Factors, Orientation Changes, Native App, UX Design, Integrate Real Time Visual Mobile Analytics/ Metrics for Dashboard into existing processes [Customer Segmentation/ Growth, Activation, Engagement, Conversion/ Retention], Mobile ROI, In-App Surveys, Personalization, Deep Linking, Ad Blocking, A/B Testing, Mobile Video, etc.

- Writing detailed product specs and requirements; working closely with Design, marketing, engineering and business teams.

- Help determine and drive buy/build/partner solutions for components as necessary

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

- B.E./ B.Tech. mandatory. (MCA, other bachelor degrees not considered by client)

- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
