Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - IT Healthcare Firm

- Ensure effective definition of epics and user stories (either individually or via direct reports), clearly articulating business requirements for the problems we're trying to solve including UX/CX/Support requirements.

- Partner with Product Management leaders to be the voice of product decisions within the organization.

- Provide input to Product Roadmap Strategy Meeting (PRSM)/portfolio planning process for the assigned product area.

- Assist Product Management Director with Product Launch decisions, including the management of all alpha/beta feedback.

- Work with colleague Product Owners who will work in scrum teams for assigned product areas; also serving as the Product Owner when needed for a scrum team covering a complex product area.

- Represent the customer for assigned product area(s), demonstrating responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and touchpoints.

- Understand the market opportunity via user needs, market forces and applicable business model.

Candidate Profile :

- Candidates should be from product based firms.

- They should have at-least 2 years of development or coding experience.

- Candidate should have worked as PM at least last 4 years.

- Getting folks with BE - CS/IT is a plus.

- Cloud experience is must.

Tech Stack to be followed : They should have experience in either of the following skills: API Building / PAAS OR SAAS / IAM / ETL / MDM / AWS.
