Job Description :

As a Product Manager at Qjobs Platform Business of Quess Corp, you will lead the product (app and web) which is on the way to becoming India's largest blue-collar jobs Platform for corporates. You will play a critical role in every aspect of the product design and development process - from figuring out the next big innovation that will make our users' lives easy, to working closely with engineers and designers to implement such features.

You are expected to be highly creative, have the first principle thinking, and be extremely data-friendly, not settle, manage work in a fast-growing and chaotic environment, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the business's vision and strategy. This is a leadership role in the business with high visibility to the Quess Group CEO and CXOs. You are also expected to provide your thought leadership to integrate and advise other digital products which are solving the problem of the "next 1 billion markets".

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products with a team of world-class engineers and designers.

- Define the product scope, strategy and roadmap with prioritization based on business and customer impact.

- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams.

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.

- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvements.

- Develop core positioning and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with overall strategy and messaging across all communication touchpoints.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 2-6 years of work experience in product management in the consumer tech start-up/ corporate.

- Tier 1 MBA with demonstrated leadership experience in the product development function.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and to collaborate across teams.

- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems.

- Past experience in handling data-based and highly analytical problems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
