Designation:

- Product Manager / Senior Product Manager / Product Head - Mobile (Flexible on Designation based on Experience and Expertise)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead product development initiatives on multiple simultaneous projects across various platforms (web, mobile web, Android, iOS etc)

- Be data driven everyday to isolate opportunities to optimize features and grow user base

- Drive projects that that will directly increase organizations growth/engagement

- Build simple, yet elegant products with lot of appeal

- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, incorporating feedback from users,developers, business partners and other stake holders

- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Essential Requirements:

- Must have extensive product management experience in Mobile Apps (for iOS, Android or WP8 platforms)

- Engineering/ MBA from premier schools

- Ability to play a leadership role

- Strong Engineering (Product Development) Background

- Must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and drive execution

- Manage projects involving cross-functional stakeholders

- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders

- Strong understanding of complete product development lifecycle

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Keen attention to detail and ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts to deliver highly usable products with a low learning curve
