Senior Product Manager - Process & Compliance - NRI Business

- Developing, overseeing, implementing and regulating various process and process improvements for NR business

- Drafting, periodic updation of SOPs for on boarding, service request etc. in line with regulatory guidelines

- Identifying gaps in existing processes and mend those

- Ensure system controls are in place to avoid manual errors. Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate

- Participate in functional and cross functional teams to meet objectives and improve processes

- Develop and oversee systems to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines

- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve continuously

- Identify compliance issues and ensure adherence

- Draft, modify and implement processes to cater customer requests and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines

- Liaise with internal stakeholder like Compliance, Audit, etc to close facilitate audit and close any observation within timelines

- Liaise with BIU, compliance , IT teams to facilitate any RBI data requirement

- Share response on periodic RBI queries
