Sr. Product Manager: Portfolio & Campaigns- NRI

- Maintain the portfolio quality of the NRI Business

- Reduce zero balance and inactive accounts by targeted campaign and interaction with frontend team

- Ensure high customer engagement and channel registrations

- Work closely with stakeholders to build comprehensive customer marketing initiatives and campaigns

- Manage integrated customer marketing programs including email, social media etc.

- Continuously measure progress and findings. Optimize performance and scale programme

- Influence marketing, branch and content team to develop the right content and collateral that re specific for campaign execution

- Ensure marketing campaign achieve its objective

- Focused campaigns on value build up, cross sell, up sell, customer engagements

- Execution of regulatory campaign to maintain compliance level

- Oversee the execution, mentoring and measurement of marketing campaign and their success
