Senior Product Manager

What is the job like:

- Defining and leading the product charter, working closely with the leadership and the rest of the product team to discover, build and scale user offerings that are valuable, usable and feasible.

- Build and own product roadmap to achieve company goals. Decide, prioritize and roll out product features that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.

- Guide product strategy to maximize impact for our customers and partners.

- Lead a team of product managers to help them do their best work.

- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing to set the vision for our new products

- Partner with go-to-market functions to align roadmaps and processes.

- Help shape our product development process as we continue to grow.

- Create an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality

Who should apply for this role:

- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in building B2B/B2C products with at least 3 years of experience hiring and managing product teams.

- Good fellow worker. Can forge excellent working relationships with design, engineering and other teams.

- Collaborative approach with experience delivering results with cross-functional teams.

- Passionate about problem solving and outcome oriented

- Data driven, keen to measure and use data to aid decision making.

- Good communicator. Be the voice of the customer/product to engineering/design teams.

- Passion for Titans mission.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or an a MBA is preferred
