Senior Product Manager - Online/Internet

- Understand the company's website and their customer's needs to enhance the product.

- Work with various teams like engineering, design, research and data teams and develop product roadmaps to make sure it meets the needs of the customers.

- Work with cross functional partners internally and with external partners to increase the reach of the company's website.

- Interact with customers and gather feedback, conduct research, obtain data insights for proper product delivery.

- Formulate plan based on user feedback and set product direction to enable significant product experience for their customers.

- Work out ideas on how the website must adapt for the customers considering various form factors.

- Collaborate with other product managers associated with the company to make any further decisions and develop features on the website.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject.

- 3 to 8 years of Product Management experience 

- Must have experience in Agile & Scrum project methodologies

- Good knowledge on OKR planning, JIRA and Confluence

- Exposure to web and mobile web development and user interface best practices and multi-platform experience.

- Experienced with business analytical tools like MixPanel, Optimizely and Tableau or similar tools

- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
