Senior Product Manager - Logistics / SCM - IIT/IIM
As a Senior Product Manager you will drive existing product areas and help develop new ones based on the big-picture vision. - This role will work with a small team charged with growing parts of our core product portfolio or new adjacent ideas using experimentation, product sense, and top-notch cross-functional stakeholder management. You will also help us in growing the uptake of our products and services organically through experimentation with best practices.

- Own a product or set of products and manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution to go-to-market and product release
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer segments and advocate relentlessly for the best product user experience on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog including new features, bugs, and enhancements.
- Map roadmap to customer value and business results
- Build the engagement growth roadmap that drives customer success and work closely with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap by planning and prioritizing objectively
- Identify key drivers of engagement growth to increase activation, expansion, and retention and drive execution through iterative testing and learning
- Set your engineering team for success by collaborating closely with them in sprint activities, providing them with relevant user stories, and guiding them in the estimation
- Produce high-quality deliverables with an attention to detail including investment memos, documentation, test cases, and training/enablement
- Represent Intugine as a domain and product expert during customer interactions
- Clearly present your findings and recommendations from experiments to executives and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management within a high-paced, agile SaaS environment
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and ability to build creative user experience
- You have strong analytical skills. You understand cohort analysis, and segmentation and know how to derive insights from large amounts of data
- Experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
- Know how to say "no", make tough trade-offs and defend decisions
- A growth mindset and positive "can do" attitude
- Willingness to present and defend your ideas to executives and key stakeholders
