JOB ROLE: Senior Product Manager

- As an experienced Product Manager, you are adept at handling multiple product streams across the entire product life cycle, from ideation through requirements definition to feature and release planning to implementation and beyond. You must be passionate about defining products that will amaze and delight their users.

- You will partner with the business groups, the project management group, and the development team leaders to understand the company's business processes, identify opportunities to positively impact the company's KPIs, define solutions, and to gather, refine, and prioritize product and customer requirements and manage them into the Product Roadmaps. This will include working closely with key product stakeholders and service and business operations teams as well as architects and developers.

- This role offers challenges across a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including the opportunity to influence the vision and future direction of the systems used across the business.

- You will be part of an R&D group whose key focus area is to enable the service delivery teams in increasing their efficiencies and effectiveness through innovation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the key product stakeholders and constituents to define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap

- Gather, refine, and prioritize product-related ideas and requirements from all product stakeholders (users, developers, employees, partners, etc) and manage them into the Product Roadmaps

- Present the Product Roadmaps and product development status to internal and external stakeholders

- Drive product management and delivery process improvements

- Manage the product lifecycle of the service and business automation and data applications that the R&D group will develop

- Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure the management of all the product features are as per the plan

- Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress

- Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes

- Perform product demos to the various stake holders

- Contribute in budgeting and forecasting

- Drive adoption of new tools and products that we launch - through beta and pilot programs

- Identify opportunities for partnerships with external third parties

- Line management and personal development of a team of skilled Business Analysts

Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated professional with strong fundamentals in all aspects of product management including technology and project execution

- Experience managing multiple products concurrently, in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment

- Experience with project and product management tools like Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.

- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps

- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Excellent team player

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to derive consensus about priority and scoping

- Data and metrics driven

- Experience in creating product score cards

- Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks across projects of varying complexities

- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and documentation)

- Desirable to have MBA from a reputed institute

- Exposure to the latest technology developments.

- Exposure to CI\CD driven DevOps environment with high levels of automation across the lifecycle

- Proven ability to learn new business domains with great pace

- Desirable to have 8+ years of relevant product management experience.

- Desirable to have contributions to open source projects or to any product communities

- Desirable to have exposure to DFIR and cyber security domains
