Senior Product Manager - IT (6-16 yrs)

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to own our core platform and workflow engine and help evolve the platform to enable the current products and new ones to evolve and serve customer use cases, especially deep into verticals better.

It is important to understand that the role primarily involves owning the core platform and hence it will be about the larger vision of how platform impacts the entire LeadSquared product suite, how it needs to enable product evolution into more use cases, work very closely with engineering to make platform more agile and resilient to changes. It is not a net new product development effort, and we are seeking someone who understands what it takes to own an existing platform and take it to the next level.

Some Of The Core Areas Of Responsibility Would Be:

- Build a very strong understanding of the business, product, platform, its use cases and build a good vision of how platform should evolve.

- Working with executive leadership, customers, sales, marketing, service and product teams to establish a short-term and long-term product roadmap that aligns with the business plan and the vision to become a leader in sales tech space.

- Work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure the roadmap is inclusive of technical and non-functional requirements, and there is clear alignment on overall priorities and execution plan.

- Lead, coach and mentor product managers through the product lifecycle and development processes.

- Establish and lead a strong design team to ensure standard UI/UX practices and deliver best-in-class user experience.

- Develop, execute and support pricing strategies based on product value and performance.

- Own the KPI dashboard for the entire product suite - define measures, set goals, report on progress and drive KPI improvements.

- Support sales teams in pre-sale solution and go-to-market discussions.

- Constantly engage with key customers to solicit direct feedback on products and features.

Key Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in product management of business applications and enterprise software.

- Deep understanding of SaaS business, core metrics and growth drivers.

- Experience of managing multiple product teams and working with engineering teams to deliver software releases per plan.

- Exceptionally well-organized with zero tolerance of leakage of any commitments

- Strong understanding of all facets of making a product successful in market - market analysis, product-market fit, positioning & differentiation, competitive assessments, MVPs, go-to-market strategy, pricing, testing etc.

- Ability to connect with sales, marketing and service teams to have a clear pulse of market and customer needs and communicate our product capabilities and differentiators to them.
