Senior Product Manager - IT (6-15 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Be a full product owner: shape the vision and the foundation of the product and business that you work on!
- Play a key role in defining the UX of the product
- Actively learn new languages, techniques, and methodologies such as R, Agile, Waterfall etc.
- Benchmark with other similar products and ensure that we are ahead of the curve (yes, we take it very seriously at Prozo!)
- 6 years + experience as a Product Manager, probably in a start-up/technology company
- Passion and ownership to solve real-world problems and someone who has seen/built a product handling large scale. Imagine millions and millions of transactions moving through the system!
- Enjoys understanding customer/user journeys (a proven UX skill set) and is able to bring key insights to create a simple yet powerful technology product
- Background in supply chain, fulfilment , logistics and warehouse technologies is a big plus.
- Experience in dealing with ecommerce marketing services like AMS (Amazon Marketing services) is a further addition to your candidature.
- An analytical bent of mind and is comfortable with data-driven product strategy
- Leadership & maturity to work with/handle high-capability technology team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
